Important auctions early this month

Several public auctions will be organized by the Sighisoara City Hall on March the 10th. Two of them are of a less usual interest: the concession of the Vointa sports base and the assignment of the squaring work. As for the Vointa base, the concession was requested by the Gloria Bistrita club, where Gabi Muresan player from Sighisoara plays. At the end of last year, the municipality approved the task file considering the results of an opportunity study. The market value of the Vointa base was evaluated at approximately 1,7 billion old lei. The Vointa sports base was built 40 years ago and it is made up of a hand-ball field equipped with light system, drawers, cabins, open stand with 250 seats and ticket desk. The winner of the auction will have the task to restore the infrastructure, to stop the degradation of the land and buildings and to modernize the sports base by equipping it with synthetic land, night installation and stand with plastic seats. Companies interested in such investments can submit their tenders by February the 9th. (F.C.)
