Transgaz comes up in the Stock Exchange

The Transgaz Medias gas transportation company will organize on November the 2nd 2005 an auction in order to assign a mediation contract for the preparation and performance of a public share tender. The winner of the auction will also start the process of the admission of the company shares into the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The deadline for the submission of the tenders is October the 31st, and the task file, estimated to cost 7 million ROL, before VAT, may be purchased from the head office of Transgaz Mediaș. Guarantee for participation is 1,4 billion lei. (B.D.)
