Lower interest rate for real estate loans

Banca Transilvania Bank operated a decrease of the interest rate for mortgage loans which is fixed in the first three years. This was decreased down to 10%, and the variable one, for the same type of loan – down to 11%. The bank announced that it decreased the interest rate for car loans down to 11%. The interest met a decrease also for loans granted for current needs, this time by 2%, down to 13%, and in case of the personal loan with material guarantees, the interest decreased by 1,5%, at present being of 11%.
