Azomureș conflict solved after two years

An agreement was signed between unionists and the management team at Azomureș, the supplier of chemical fertilizers on Thursday. Vasile Nistor, the state secretary sent for solving the conflict, managed to get both parties together for negotiations. After signing the contract, the employees will receive tickets, bonuses for holidays and an increase of salary, depending on the profit of the company. If the amount of the profit reaches 1.500.000 dollars, 500.000 will be redirected to the employees’ income, while, if the profit exceeds 1.500.000 dollars, one third of it will be what the employees receive. The contract also stipulates that each employee will be contracted for two years. After concluding this agreement, the union decided to drop all the lawsuits against the management. (C.A.)
